Great experience I started looking for an all wheel drive car in Feb. I walked in the deal ship and was welcomed warmly by Renee. Even thogught the dealership was under construction and everybody was squized in a small area and the weather was extremely cold, I felt worm talking with Renee. I was amazed by how familiar she is on her product. I went back to her 4, 5 times until I Findlay made up my mind QX60 is the car I wanted. Every visit she treated me and explained very well. During last months, I visited several dealership, and I'd like to say she is the best. I am very pleased with her through out service especially after I bought the car. I will certainly recommend her if I come across anyone who.is interested in Infinity. Great job! More

Best car buying experience ever! Recently I walked into this Infiniti dealership having only a couple of items that were must have's in my mind. I was greeted by Renee Gleeson who is the most amazing sales associate ever. After realizing that the Infiniti's did not have a small feature that I was used to, I proceeded to leave the dealership explaining to Renee that the lack of this feature was a deal breaker for me. She understood my preferences and was not pushy and for this reason I felt compelled to give it a second thought. She spent a good amount of time with me explaining all the features of the vehicles and tried to fit a vechicle to my needs. Renee was so helpful and pleasant. I ended up buying the QX60 which I absolutely love!! Might I mention that Renee also picked me from my home to get to the dealership when I was without a ride. She also made the process fun. It wasn't your typical pushy salesperson experience - she is one to cut to the chase (with I respect and appreciate). Renee and Charles Biggs started all of my paperwork very promptly making it very easy to take delivery of my vehicle. Lastly, I want to mention that Renee went above and beyond by coming to my house setting up the garage door opener among other things. She brought yummy cookies and was very sweet to my children as I was seeing them off to school. For anyone considering an Infiniti, please go see Renee (you will not be let down). I have always purchased German vehicles in the past and was nervous about this transaction, but in the end, it was my best car buying experience ever!!! More
