Whitney, made sure that I was never pressured and did everything she could to meet my schedule, even arranging for others to help in her absence. The Dealership itself appeared to operate with the same respect. The consumer always hates to go to the dealer because they feel like their time is going to be eaten up with a bunch of nonsense. Secondly, they do not want to have to "negotiate". It was a nice relief to not have that worry with Whitni and this dealership. I feel like every deal should be win win.
