Purchase on 5-9-15 from Renee Gleason I didn't expect to leave with the new Q50 when I walked into Infiniti of Novi. I was greeted outside by Renee and she was able to answer all my questi I didn't expect to leave with the new Q50 when I walked into Infiniti of Novi. I was greeted outside by Renee and she was able to answer all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I was new to Infiniti and actual new to any brands outside the big three. She showed me the advantages, features and worked the lease to a price I could afforded. Charles likewise did an outstanding job in process the deal. It made buying my first car a breeze! I went in today wishfully hoping I could get a car I could go about "looking good in." But ultimately the choice I had in mind wouldn't be the best op I went in today wishfully hoping I could get a car I could go about "looking good in." But ultimately the choice I had in mind wouldn't be the best option for a young college student with very little money. Jim-Joseph Limage came to my rescue and despite my desires being a bit of a stretch he showed me multiple car options that still suited my needs. He was very nice, charismatic, and knew exactly what he was talking about. He leveled with me and we worked out a deal and I drove off the lot with a fully loaded Infiniti Q37 for a great price. I made a few stops today trying to find a car but I think this one was my lucky break. I would recommend this dealership and sales associate to anyone looking for a great car buying experience and a quality ride for a good price. More

Recent Unplanned Purchase On March 14th, I accompanied my husband to Suburban in order to make a final decision on a lease turn in. We were excited about turning in the coupe, On March 14th, I accompanied my husband to Suburban in order to make a final decision on a lease turn in. We were excited about turning in the coupe, due to numerous issues. We were more surprised about the potential of getting a Q70L - a very rare find. It worked out and we leased the Q70. I had been thinking about moving away from Cadillac. I purchased my second SRX in 2011, enjoyed owning that brand, but wanted something new. However, due to our past issues with the Infinity Coupe, and not so good customer service at this dealership in prior years; I was not thinking about an Infiniti. Well that was until Rene started a conversation, showed me a couple of vehicle options and ran some numbers. Since she has worked with my husband in the past, she was well aware of my reluctance. Long story short, 6 hours after I arrived at noon on Saturday; I left with a 2015 QX60!!!! Rene was fabulously patient and hit all of the right buttons from customer satisfaction perspective. And it doesn't hurt to get more vehicle for less money - I ended up with a significant monthly savings! I drove my new QX60 to PA to visit my mother - 87 years old as I type this. The drive was wonderfully comfortable - much more than my SRX. The extra driver warning options were a nice to have - and it doesn't hurt to ride in comfort while listening to an awesome sound system!!! Rene, Paul and Charles - thank you for an above and beyond experience during an unexpected event!!! More
