Must have gone through with him at least five to six iterations of the QX60 that we were looking for. Almost settled on a QX60 when I realized that one feature that we really wanted was not part of that car. That was no issue for Vern. Vern quickly identified a car being built at the plant and tagged it for us. A job well done. Throughout the process, all e-mails were addressed promptly and most importantly all questions were answered without any ambiguity. The business office process went smoothly as well. I went to an Audi dealer prreviously. The sales person there just gave me the keys and said tgake it around the block and went back inside. Also, when I selected the car he was there to make sure I got the deal we agreed upon and he also spent time with me showing me the features before I drove away. Great experience. More

Make sure you deal with Vern & no one else Bought a beautiful used 2013 G37 after the whole thing almost didn't happen due to a mistake by another salesperson. But the Used Car Manager found me the car I was looking for and from there Vern took great care of me. I have never bought a car - always leased new cars every 2-3 years. It was a bit scary for me to buy, especially used - but Vern walked me through it, made sure I felt comfortable with Carfax info, service records, understanding CPO etc. The vibe at this dealership is really weird - not very "friendly" - people seem kind of stand-offish ... except for Vern. He is super knowledgeable about Infiniti because he's been there for years - and can work through the deal-making process while remaining professional and interested in a win-win (even when it gets a little tough). He is friendly without being fake and annoying. If he asks about your family, he actually wants to know. My husband has also leased cars from Vern in the past and was very happy working with him. I hate buying cars - hate it. But it was actually a pleasant experience working with Vern - totally recommend this salesperson. Also enjoyed working with the Finance guy. Love my car! More
