I'm VERY SATISFIED with my purchase. I recently bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu for my son as his first car. I searched the internet for weeks looking for a car and couldn't find anything comparable (miles; ser 2013 Chevy Malibu for my son as his first car. I searched the internet for weeks looking for a car and couldn't find anything comparable (miles; services that had already been performed; warranty that came with the vehicle; cost; etc.) to the vehicle I purchased from this dealership. I initially received EXCELLENT service from Aaron M. (Sales Consultant), but he ended up being out of the office and couldn't finish working with me to close on the sale. That's when Ashley B. (Sales Consultant) came to the rescue and finished the sale; she did an AMAZING JOB as well! Everyone went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I can't forget how helpful Terry L. (Sales Manager) was during the entire process. I also can't leave out Paul C. (Finance Department) who I signed my paperwork with and who also informed me of my options as it relates to adding a warranty to the vehicle. I left with a CARFAX on the vehicle and after taking the vehicle for a second opinion to my auto mechanic, I was told that I bought a solid car. I was very happy to know that I could really trust what I was already told from the dealership about this vehicle. I must report that my son was very happy and appreciative after receiving this vehicle. I will definitely consider buying from Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights again and will be sure to refer others. THANK YOU ALL for making my first experience buying a car from you a success!
