This guy lied to me when i asked him what the issues were with the truck i bought..misrepresented the condition of the vehicle..which was actually dangerous to drive in its condition. Had to get issues fixed elsewhere because service dept told me they wouldnt work on it.. 3000.00 later here we are...want my money for the repairs suburban!!!! Not going away.... More

I would definitely recommend John to anyone who is looking for a low-pressure sales experience or anyone who might have a lot of questions about their vehicle. We did not enjoy our trade-in experience. It didn't feel transparent, and we thought the price was low (without much explanation or even discussion with the appraiser). Overall, we have had good service appointments and a relatively easy selling experience. We would shop here again. More
