She provided a video, photos, and a detailed review of the car. Even though she had a dentist appointment that afternoon she made sure her manager gave me a call and we came to an agreement. It was a pleasure meeting Kymberly who walked my girlfriend and me through the process. The financing department was busy so she took us out to lunch while we waited. My husband and I decided to purchase a new Outback. At first I was torn between that and the Forester, but luckily we were working with Kym Fuhrman. She talked me through the ins and outs of both vehicles and I can honestly say, as a younger femal (24), it was nice working with another female who swears by her own Subaru. She never felt as though she was trying to pull anything over on us, which we were weary of in the beginning, not because of her, but because of a past car buying experience. She is probably the ultimate reason for deciding to purchase our new Outback...and a kick butt car of course! More

I bought a 2014 XV Crosstrek 11/08/13 from Subaru of Puyallup. I shopped around on the Internet and almost bought elsewhere. That's where Shelley Meysenburg, a sweetheart and supermom, convinced me to go there by matching anyone's price with the year free service. Truthfully, I liked the fact my off the wall humor sat well with her. Usually salespeople have no idea how to handle me. Then it got joyfully worse when I went in and she handed me over to George Mayfield, a sales associate with a sense of humor as bad as mine. I didn't get any hard up-sale. There wasn't any questions when I said no to any of the extra options etc.. I was totally free to pick and choose what I wanted without any pressure. They totally respected where I was coming from. Before I drove away, George went over the Crosstrek's options with my wife and I. He even programmed our phones to the Bluetooth. George even stressed calling him up if any questions came up. This is my first Subaru. I've no idea why I waited so long. It was fun dealing with Shelley and George. Everyone there was very friendly, even the other customers. It's the way it should be when buying a car Really like my Crosstrek. If they make the BRZ into a convertible, that would be one bad mutha.... More
