I had been shopping for a car for about a week and had visited quite a few dealerships and looked a t several different makes of car.My wife has trouble getting into a sedan so I was looking for an SUV th visited quite a few dealerships and looked a t several different makes of car.My wife has trouble getting into a sedan so I was looking for an SUV that sits a little higher. On my first day at Subaru of Puyallup I met Jerry Harris and he spent quite a bit of time showing me the Forester and the Outback and pointing out the differences between them. He was very knowledgeable and also very patient with my numerous questions. When I told him my wife wouldn't be able to come down to the lot to look at cars he suggested I take a test drive and go home to show her the car, I did and she liked it very much. I still didn't buy that day because I wanted to look at a couple other places to see if I could get a better deal. My mistake!! I had a very bad, stressful experience at another dealer and the next day decieded to go back to Puyallup and buy a car if they could find the model and color that I wanted. It only took a few minutes for Jerry and the sales manager to locate the car I wanted and I walked out of there that morning with a deal in hand. I would highly reccomend purchaseing a car from Puyallup Subaru and from salesman Jerry Harris. They take a lot of the stress out of the process. More

My husband and I decided to purchase a new Outback. At first I was torn between that and the Forester, but luckily we were working with Kym Fuhrman. She talked me through the ins and outs of both vehicles and I can honestly say, as a younger femal (24), it was nice working with another female who swears by her own Subaru. She never felt as though she was trying to pull anything over on us, which we were weary of in the beginning, not because of her, but because of a past car buying experience. She is probably the ultimate reason for deciding to purchase our new Outback...and a kick butt car of course! More
