This is my 2nd time buying from this dealership. I got the opportunity to deal with Blaine on this trip. My girlfriend and I came in one day and I was looking to purchase a new wrx. We were walking around looking at the cars they had on the lot when Blaine walked over asked how my day was and wanted to know what brought me in today. After explaining what I was in for he walked in grabbed keys and for a test drive we went. Normally during test drives there always so awkward and quite. Blaine wanted to talk, ask about me what I do for work and so on. After finding about tons on common interest. The test drive just felt like a drive with a friend. Blaine is very easy to work with and a great person in general. If you have never been helped at subaru of puyallup I highly recommend walking in and asking for Blaine. More

I actually felt important and felt like I was wanted there to buy a car. I got there for my 530PM appointment with Jerry and he was ON TIME!! That already was a great start to this experience. My mom had worked with Jerry a while back to buy a Crosstrek and had a great experience but we have two very different personalities. I am one to always have to make my own opinions. The fact that he was on time and ready for me at 530 PM really meant a lot to me. I had worked all day and the last thing I wanted to do was sit around and wait for him. I told Jerry my wants and needs and he listened and remembered and even made some suggestions to help me pick the right car and color for me. He was caring and easy to work with. I am so happy with my purchase yesterday and I plan on making sure if people are on the marker for a Subaru to go see Jerry. I have to give Wade in Finance a shout out as well. WHAT A NICE GUY!!! He really cares about his customers and truly finds the best deal and route for you as an individual person. I feel like I made friends yesterday and not just became another deal in books. More

Great new car purchase This was my first new car purchase, and I would definitely do it again at this dealership! I was skeptical of the "stress free" component, but it really was from start to finish. Dima was fantastic to work with! He was relaxed, let me see all the options for the Outback I was looking at, relayed what he liked about his own Outback (as well as his wife - helpful to have the female perspective as well,) and made the test drive feel carefree and easy. After buying the car he showed me how to work all the buttons inside and helped me get my bluetooth set up. He even put on my license plate when it was ready. We traded in my husband's car at the same time, and we both felt that we were given a fair price for each car. The negotiation was much easier than at other dealerships and they even came down on price from what other dealerships in the area were offering for the exact same car. The final financing step was straight forward and we didn't constantly have to turn down extra services and options. The dealership itself is great as well. There are multiple places to lounge, free coffee, tea, and water, chocolate chip cookies, sandwiches, and fruit. They have dog treats too! All the staff are friendly and eager to help if you have questions. There's even a massage room for when your car gets an oil change or any type of service. My car had a tiny door ding in it and the service department got it in and out the same day, and I got my free massage! Subaru is great already, but they do these little things very well, and if you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable and easy to work with, make sure to ask for Dima! More

Dima the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and straight forward. We let him know that we wanted an Outback, what features we wanted including color and what price we were willing to pay. He gave us a great deal right away without haggling over the price. We also had our 2 year old son with us and Dima and the whole staff was extremely accommodating. We will for sure be shopping here again next time we need a car. More
