Shortly after driving my new car away from purchasing at this dealership, it began having significant this dealership out prior to working with them. Shortly after driving my new car away from purchasing at this dealership, it began having significant mechanical problems, cutting power while driving which is largely considered to be unsafe. I gave this dealership the opportunity to handle the warranty work even though it's out of my way geographically. Given the positive sales experience I had, I expected service would take good care of me. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. I took a drive with their technician and was able to demonstrate the issue. They wanted to get a Subaru engineer involved yet after 45+ days, the car still behaving badly, and me having to chase their service department for updates, I still had no appointment with an engineer. I contacted Subaru of America Customer Advocacy yet the dealership refused to work with them in helping me resolve the issue. Multiple documented messages left over several days for their service manager, Jerad, requesting information were not returned. Without information from service, Subaru could not render assistance to me. I went to general management to escalate but was stonewalled by them as well. The last straw was when the service manager wanted me to bring the car back because they needed to do additional investigation before the engineer would see the car. I suspect I was being manipulated and put off, they were not organized or interested enough to help, and I admit to simply disengaging at that point, sensibly choosing to work with another dealership to save myself further time and aggravation. Finally, the dealership I'm working with now can't find any documentation regarding the diagnostic work I had performed at Subaru of Puyallup in the national database yet I have time stamped and dated hard copies sent to me by their service manager. My experience with this dealership has proven to be professionally and ethically questionable. More

She arranged a hold on the car I was interested in and, when I had to change the appointment, she took care of that, too! Once I arrived, I met her in person and was introduced to Jordan Avary, sales. and leasing consultant. Throughout the experience of buying the car, from test drive to driving away, Jordan made sure I understood the process. Been waiting over a month for my refund on there really expensive warranty which i was not told the cost also I have been treated rudely by the person in the warranty dept and the manager could care less t expensive warranty which i was not told the cost also I have been treated rudely by the person in the warranty dept and the manager could care less they say there stress free they took advantage of a 77 year old women which is me and I am sure That they where mad because he lost his commission I hope this young man reads this and be thankful I did not put his name on this review but I am a firm believer what u do wrong it will catch up to u so my best advise do not get there warranty on used vehicles after I cancel theirs I uses a good one which was a lot cheaper do what I checked there rating do yourself a favor and do no buy warranties from dealerships if u buy a used vehicle Sincerely Patti More

I've been looking at 2 models for awhile now, and was ready to look at them in person and pull the trigger. From the moment we walked in to look at both models, to sitting down to discuss purchasing, to talking about benefits of the one we chose all the way to getting the keys. He never tried to "sell us" on anything. It was an easy, non pressured conversation, and he was very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend talking to Dave. He even took the time to sit with us in the car and review all the fancy features once giving us the keys. THANK YOU, Dave for helping make our car dreams come true! Also- Thank you to Willie- auto financing gave me all my loan options in an easy to understand format and was superb throughout the financing process.
