My past experiences with both the service and parts departments have been great on accommodating to my needs and time. We have owned Subaru's for quite a while and feel safe and secure with our Forester. This dealership is Great! When Subaru says they are family, it certainly feels like it. More

Courtesy car and driver have been replaced with Lyft…. Ok but I don’t feel as safe. My car is no longer washed after each visit. Do you remember all of those beautifully clean Saturns driving around? That was because of that in house wash. You can’t say that with Subaru cars. Maybe you want them dirty to look like they have been off-road racing…. That’s not a look I’m looking for. Appointments were given a time. If that time was missed, Saturn gave the driver a helpful gift… emergency kit, wiper blades, t-shirt,etc. It was all advertising but what a thoughtful thing to do, There were point accumulated for each visit. Those could be used for tires, a repair or even a new car. What happened to those points? I don’t see them on the website anywhere. Should I go on? Still a wonderful car and the service has been good. But you are missing so much. More
