Service Dept. Issues I have had in last month. Sept Service Dept. Issues I have had in last month. Sept 8th,2021 I came in for oil change and stated thought something off with stopping. Kyle Davis serv Service Dept. Issues I have had in last month. Sept 8th,2021 I came in for oil change and stated thought something off with stopping. Kyle Davis service writer came back and said I needed new rear brake pads and rotors, 3 part fuel induction and complete brake fluid flush almost $1K told him I cant afford that right now what was the most important for right now said the brake flush and fuel induction. I said ok to those 2 items since he said most important. Then he came out 2 hours later and said they were able to get the rust off the rotors would be ok didn't need new rear brakes for right now which was great then 2 hours later comes out and said there were holes in the rotors and they would fix the brakes and rotors at no charge such a blessing. 2.5 hours later came out said my car was done. I am watching the back of my car with smoke poring out of it they were just doing the fuel service. 30 min later came and said it was done. I go to pay and Kyle says I suppose you won't take the car wash coupon then laughs and said it's up to you. Then a week later Sept 15th I get a text saying I need a right rear wheel bearing, oil filler cap and engine filter. It was never mentioned about wheel bearing and oil cap. I make an appt since I cant get him on the phone to ask why wasn't discussed and was told it would be $510 by gentleman who scheduled me (240 part and 1.5 hours labor estimate for bearing. I make an appt come in on Sept 29th ask Kyle to tell me if I actually need a right rear wheel bearing he says I don't know. He said he was getting his master mechanic to look at it. 20min later Came out and says yes I need rt rear wheel bearing done but it will take longer because he has to cut it out or much more difficult than he thought. So 1.5 hours later from the time I get there he comes out and says it is done. I said ok will this be cheaper than the $770 price since took much shorter than 2.5 hours Kyle said no we can charge a flat rate and plus his guy had to use his tools. Then says oh we checked your service records and you need your windshield wipers and spark plugs changed you didn't have that done at 60K I said I thought 100k miles that got done but wouldn't they have changed those when they had to put a new engine my car several years ago. Kyle said no they wouldn't changed the spark plugs when they changed the engine. Ok now my inquiring mind wants to know how much for spark plugs $789. So I said no sounded high and pretty sure they put new ones in when they changed engine. I go to check out and Kyle says instead of the 772.65 we are giving you a discount of 10% so it will be 695.65 if you want it but if not that's ok too. If I would have had the money and paid it I feel he would have just kept adding new things and did with each visit. I can actually say I feel violated. I was talked down to and feel taken advantage of. More

This is my first review. I've been a customer for over 3 years. Just had my oil changed last week. Melissa greeted me. I explained that every time I had my oil changed, the guys left an oil mark or two on m years. Just had my oil changed last week. Melissa greeted me. I explained that every time I had my oil changed, the guys left an oil mark or two on my off white upholstery. She said she would let them know. I left really pleased! No oil marks. PLUS Melissa was sure to give me the current discount and asked if I wanted my rewards applied. Absolutely! Melissa made me feel appreciated! That was a first.
