I've had my Outback for 18 mos. , up until now I've been very happy, unfortunately my last maintenance appt. was not a good experience. I have called and left messages with my salesman, the sales manager and the service manager, as of yet , I have not received a call back from anyone. I purchased 100,000 mile warranty and Gold Plus (premier) Service but apparently that means nothing. More
Ann was great to work with. Had receiver added to be installed by body shop, scheduled but they did not get from service, ended up service did the install. The parts department at this dealer charges a high mark-up rate. About 20% above msrp for parts and more than 40% higher than online OEM Dealers. I have ordered parts 2 times in the last year at this mark-up rate. About 20% above msrp for parts and more than 40% higher than online OEM Dealers. I have ordered parts 2 times in the last year at this location. One of my orders was in for a couple weeks with no phone call letting me know. It was just wipers. I was going by and stopped to check the status and that is when I found out. I will not be returning. More
Great sales associate, Ann Blackburn, and excellent followup. All the staff is friendly and very helpful. Very nice facility, both showroom and service area.
