I've had my Outback for 18 mos. , up until now I've been very happy, unfortunately my last maintenance appt. was not a good experience. I purchased 100,000 mile warranty and Gold Plus (premier) Service but apparently that means nothing. More

Ann was great to work with. Had receiver added to be installed by body shop, scheduled but they did not get from service, ended up service did the install.
