Another Santa Fe failure 2nd major failure in 90,000 miles. First was engine failure at 50,000 miles. Fortunately both were covered under warranty. Teller of untruths I went to this dealership after viewing a car online and contacting them through email. I asked if there were incentives on the vehicle and was told t I went to this dealership after viewing a car online and contacting them through email. I asked if there were incentives on the vehicle and was told that there was a $1k dealer discount. While trying to lock down the price with the discount at the dealership, I was given a lot of BS from Stephen Inthirath and Sal Onate about there being a mistake and there wasn’t a discount to be given. They asked who told me about the discount and I told them Karina Morales was the person I was dealing with. Sal Onate told me that she didn’t know what she was talking about and that’s she’s new. When I doubled checked the information I found that Alejandra Estrada told me about the discount. I asked him if she didn’t know what she was talking and if she was new. Sal Onate started saying it was all an ad and that people don’t get what’s in an ad, that it was all marketing. Sal started getting very rude and kept repeating information I was already given about the car and wouldn’t stop even when I asked him to. He continued talking over me and not listening to anything I would say. I told him I was just going to leave and started to get up. Then he said he didn’t care if I purchased the car or not. But when I started to leave he said that he would ask their GM Joey Gonzalez about the discount and call me the next day. I received a text message from Joey Gonzalez asking what he could do to get me to make the deal on the car. He obviously spoke with his salespeople about my situation so asking that question seemed pretty empty. Besides the two ladies I corresponded with, the whole situation was shady. They don’t honor what they say they would give you and give you tons of excuses for not following through on their word. Just a bunch of liars. Terrible experience with equally terrible staff. More
