I have lost faith in their service Not happy with the service since I paid a lot for 30,000 miles service and I have a feeling nothing much has been done to the car for following reason Not happy with the service since I paid a lot for 30,000 miles service and I have a feeling nothing much has been done to the car for following reason: I told Xavier (service desk rep) that my tires especially passenger side rear was under inflated from the service done prior to last service and I had over inflated it to almost 36psi. Xavier told me that they will take care of it. It is very clear from the tire pressures that they not only check the air pressure but did not rotate them either because the air pressures are same as what they were before the service. I am now doubting the credibility of the entire service. More
