Best Experience Buying a Car EVER! Stephen and Jason of Stockton Hyundai helped me get into a brand new car. Stephen was the first sales agent I spoke with when I arrived. He wanted to Stephen and Jason of Stockton Hyundai helped me get into a brand new car. Stephen was the first sales agent I spoke with when I arrived. He wanted to know what we were interested in and what color. He let me test drive a vehicle that I absolutely loved and fit what I had been wanting. There was a bit of a wait with financing because their financing person had just quit. Overall I didn't feel that it took a long time to get a vehicle financed. Stephen and Jason were able to work with our monthly payment, credit, and a down payment to make the deal happen. I am truly grateful for all of there hard work. More

Chris was the first to gently approach me when I wal Chris and Jason of Stockton Hyundai made my purchase of a 2019 Tucson Ultimate pure pleasurable. Chris was the first to gently approach me when I walked into the dealership. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in. He gave me details about the available cars and took some basic information from me. No pressure at all. He then introduced me to Jason, his manager. Jason offered his assistance if I needed it. Before I left the dealership I explained that I didn’t want to be pressured with emails, phone calls or text messages; Chris understood and gave me his card and word that no one would pressure me. i gave him my word that when I was ready to buy I would come see him. Chris called me a few days later as we had agreed and gave me information about the vehicle I was interested in and Jason gave me the cost breakdown. They offered to drive the car to South Lake Tahoe and bring the paperwork and pick up my trade in vehicle. The final sale went smooth. Chris even took the time to show me ALL the “bells and whistles” the Tucson offered before I drove it off the lot. Finance, sales and service are amazing at this dealership. I have lost faith in their service Not happy with the service since I paid a lot for 30,000 miles service and I have a feeling nothing much has been done to the car for following reason Not happy with the service since I paid a lot for 30,000 miles service and I have a feeling nothing much has been done to the car for following reason: I told Xavier (service desk rep) that my tires especially passenger side rear was under inflated from the service done prior to last service and I had over inflated it to almost 36psi. Xavier told me that they will take care of it. It is very clear from the tire pressures that they not only check the air pressure but did not rotate them either because the air pressures are same as what they were before the service. I am now doubting the credibility of the entire service. More
