Best Car Buyinig Experience Ever I was in the market for a new vehicle and wanted to get something reliable that could safely transport our family around. Being that we were adding an additional member to the family soon we needed this new ride quick. Usually fast service does not coincide with affordable but Stockton Hyundai was an exception. They went above and beyond to accommodate us on some last minute efforts to pursue affordability. I made an inquiry in the middle of the night and surprisingly there was staff that responded to my message at 1 AM. Stephen took extra care to get everything ready for us as we were driving over an hour and a half to make the visit. He was extremely polite and easy going despite us being almost 30 minutes late to our scheduled appointment. He got us in and out of the dealership faster than any other experience we have ever had...and we have had our fair share of experience shopping for cars. Needless to say we love our new ride and so do the grandparents and munchkins. Thank you for everything! More

There was a bit of a wait with financing because their financing person had just quit. Overall I didn't feel that it took a long time to get a vehicle financed. Chris was the first to gently approach me when I walked into the dealership. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in. He gave me details about the available cars and took some basic information from me. No pressure at all. He then introduced me to Jason, his manager. Jason offered his assistance if I needed it. Before I left the dealership I explained that I didn’t want to be pressured with emails, phone calls or text messages; Chris understood and gave me his card and word that no one would pressure me. i gave him my word that when I was ready to buy I would come see him. Chris called me a few days later as we had agreed and gave me information about the vehicle I was interested in and Jason gave me the cost breakdown. They offered to drive the car to South Lake Tahoe and bring the paperwork and pick up my trade in vehicle. The final sale went smooth.
