Hello me and my husband just bought a Tacoma on Saturday evening after leaving to my mom’s house I heard a squealing when braking stoping at multiple stops in her neighborhood. I thought maybe it would go away by tomorrow and it didn’t. Called dealer and said bring it in then they said okay bring in tomorrow morning and drop it off. They inspected and stated “ We have determined that the noise is due to hot spots and oxidation on the rotors causing the brakes to squeal when the pads grab. There are no safety issues as the brakes measure over 7mm. Unfortunately, sales has declined to replace the brakes at this time to address the noise, as it is considered a cosmetic concern rather than a safety issue.” If the rotors have hot spots, why cant they resurface them or replacing them they are not making good connection with break pad. When they ask me where you buy this truck I will say Stockton Hyundai and they didn’t want to fix this because it’s “cosmetic”. How is that going to sound. It sad as I paid a lot of money and I will make sure not to go back in the future or refer. On another note I know you had 2 different sale prices at the dealer 5,000 more then on the internet which I know that is prohibited. I hope to get an executive/Senior manager to look into this. More

I was a highly qualified buyer and the process was longer than 4 hours. Their computers barely worked which was completely ridiculous for a car dealership. Every person struggled to even use the computer and printer. Salespersons Oliver and Chris made numerous mistakes that could have cost me thousands of dollars were I not paying attention. Multiple employees cursing throughout the business. Very unprofessional. More

Bad service and Technician did not know what he is doing because he has to wait for his manager to advise him to advise me on my repairs. This is the reason why my car was in the dealership over the weekend because he has to wait for his manager to advise him to advise me on my repairs. Carlos and Oliver were great to work with on the Sales side. I had a problem with the vehicle not holding charge once I brought it home (had to jump it 4 times). I returned for a battery replacement onl side. I had a problem with the vehicle not holding charge once I brought it home (had to jump it 4 times). I returned for a battery replacement only to be told by the Service Department that the battery looked fine because I drove it to the dealership and it had time to charge. They wanted me to buy a new battery for a vehicle with 90 miles on it. They suggested that I should have had the vehicle towed to them rather than jump starting it so they could see the battery was dead. It took close to 4 hours and four levels of supervisors before Chris Troxel (Sales Manager) told me he would take care of the problem. The battery was replaced and everything has been fine since. We were considering buying a top-end Palisade as well, but given this experience I will likely look elsewhere or for a different brand of vehicle. When buying the car with a 5 year warranty they assured us that they stand by their vehicles and customer service comes first. Unfortunately, this was not displayed in their handling of my issue. I am happy that Chris fixed this but this should have been handled at the lowest level of the organization, not the top. More
