Unfortunately, everything changed when I was handed over to Salvador in finance. Sal told me multiple times that “everything is negotiable,” including my trade-in value and dealer discounts. But when it came to finalizing numbers, I was charged $2,000 for StarGuard and told it was “non-negotiable.” When I pushed back, Sal admitted the owner, Joey, wouldn’t remove it because “it wouldn’t make sense for the dealership.” In other words, they offset my agreed-upon trade-in by slipping in hidden costs. On top of that, when I asked for something as simple as complimentary all-weather mats with a $497 price match, I was denied — yet Sal had no hesitation trying to upsell me on extended warranties. As a customer, I felt misled, undervalued, and disrespected. Integrity matters, and Stockton Hyundai failed to deliver it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Hello me and my husband just bought a Tacoma on Saturday evening after leaving to my mom’s house I heard a squealing when braking stoping at multiple stops in her neighborhood. I thought maybe it would go away by tomorrow and it didn’t. Called dealer and said bring it in then they said okay bring in tomorrow morning and drop it off. They inspected and stated “ We have determined that the noise is due to hot spots and oxidation on the rotors causing the brakes to squeal when the pads grab. There are no safety issues as the brakes measure over 7mm. Unfortunately, sales has declined to replace the brakes at this time to address the noise, as it is considered a cosmetic concern rather than a safety issue.” If the rotors have hot spots, why cant they resurface them or replacing them they are not making good connection with break pad. When they ask me where you buy this truck I will say Stockton Hyundai and they didn’t want to fix this because it’s “cosmetic”. How is that going to sound. It sad as I paid a lot of money and I will make sure not to go back in the future or refer. On another note I know you had 2 different sale prices at the dealer 5,000 more then on the internet which I know that is prohibited. I hope to get an executive/Senior manager to look into this. More

I was a highly qualified buyer and the process was longer than 4 hours. Their computers barely worked which was completely ridiculous for a car dealership. Every person struggled to even use the computer and printer. Salespersons Oliver and Chris made numerous mistakes that could have cost me thousands of dollars were I not paying attention. Multiple employees cursing throughout the business. Very unprofessional. More
