And to our luck we got the best sales person EVER!!!!! Brittany Kirbyson. Cannot say what an enjoyable experience it was!! She was extremely knowledgeable, which was great. Rude and disrespectful!! I am in the market for a new SUV. I have visited Toyota, Chrysler jeep and Nissan. Comparing vehicles. I received a free test driver gift card from I am in the market for a new SUV. I have visited Toyota, Chrysler jeep and Nissan. Comparing vehicles. I received a free test driver gift card from manufacture from Hyundai.Great way to have you visit their dealership. Once I told the manager I was there for the gift card he proceeded to have me wait an hour and a half claiming they were too busy. In fact all he has to push one button on his computer. After being frustrated I proceeded to talk to him but all I heard were lies and feeling disrespected. After sitting there watching them I would never ever buy from this dealership it’s run very unprofessional. I think I could get better customer service from a dealership on Wilson Way. More

Amazing I came into Stockton Hyundai for a service on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata and came out with a 2019 Hyundai Sonata. Service and Recall appointment I recently had an appointment for my Hyundai Sonata Sport and just wanted to say how absolutely great the service department is. Xavier is awesome he I recently had an appointment for my Hyundai Sonata Sport and just wanted to say how absolutely great the service department is. Xavier is awesome he always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. Because I live an hour away I usually stay and wait while they are working on my car, this time it was a lengthy process and Xavier made sure I had a ride to go get some lunch and was very considerate and kept me advised of what all was going on. I would 100% recommend having any vehicle repair or maintenance done at Stockton Hyundai. X is the man he deserves a raise! More
