They are not forthcoming with information that would impact your buying decision until after you sign the paperwork. This did not happen when we purchased our other Subaru's from there when it was Somerset Subaru. The salespeople and the sales managers all seem miserable since the "takeover" of Stateline and they deflect their unhappiness onto their customers. The only good thing was the price of the Subaru as they are trying to drum up foot traffic at the new dealership. Well these feet will never walk on their lot again and I will tell as many people as I can not to buy from Stateline Subaru. More

I was given the tour of the car and they were very thorough. We then sat down to discuss price. Explained that I would not be making a decision today but will decide in 2 to 3 days. The discussion was very friendly and pleasant. At this point I was also talking with Chris a sales manager. Called them back the next day and we had a deal. Picked up the car a couple of days later and Alex walked us through the driving experience, again very thorough and helpful. On a whole I was extremely satisfied with the buying experience at Stateline Subaru. More

The return fee and the acquisition fee were not explained or made mention of until I read the contract fully when I returned home. Also, Nick was supposed to get back to my husband regarding the Apple play and the voice commands not working in tandem with each other. Still waiting. The 3 full services appeased my original sales price of the car. They had nothing to do with the additional fees that were not disclosed to me. More

Very helpful I came in without an appt because I could smell gas on start-up of car. I am on oxygen, and it really bothers my breathing.
