Most smooth and least stressful car buying experience ever! I cant imagine having a better car buying experience! I went in there with lots of questions regarding the car I was interested in, my trade ins, paym I cant imagine having a better car buying experience! I went in there with lots of questions regarding the car I was interested in, my trade ins, payments, etc and Alex (the salesman I worked with) answered all of them and made sure I had all the information I needed before making my decision. Buy far the least stressful, fastest and overall best car buying experience that Ive had and I could not reccomend them more! More

Terrible service This all started back in April 2018. My drivers belt finally went and I had it fixed. Just 1 month later I heard bad squealing from the belt. I took i This all started back in April 2018. My drivers belt finally went and I had it fixed. Just 1 month later I heard bad squealing from the belt. I took it a few times and after Wayne looked at it he said it’s not the belt. Just last Thursday I took it to my normal dealership to have my car detailed and I asked for them to figure out the squealing. They said it’s 100% the drivers belt. So I think took it back. Wayne made it seem like my other dealership was lying and it was impossible that it would be the drivers belt. I just ended up getting a call 1 hour later saying my drivers belt was changed free of charge. Now, 3 hours later I backed out of my driveway to the absolute worst squealing . I angerly called Wayne and he said well must be something else I don’t know what else to tell you and it’s late so I can only do so much. Ended up being the belt incorrectly adjusted. I never recieved an apology once. I was so excited at first to see a Subaru dealership so close to me because next month I wanted to buy one and gift my car to my sister. I am now dealing with another Subaru dealership More
