Both cars I was concerned about a ‘burnt rubber’ smell coming from my engine. Key copy Purchased a used car recently via a private sale and needed a second key made. Key was preordered days before the time of service and arrived as an un Purchased a used car recently via a private sale and needed a second key made. Key was preordered days before the time of service and arrived as an uncut blank to the dealership unbenounced to parts/service personel. I did offer to return for service at a later date however Don and Wayne managed to send the key blank to be copied locally (it was a special lazer-cut key that could not be copied on-site) while I waited thus making it so i did not have to return a second time. As someone with 15 years in new car dealership business myself I understand things beyond our control happen and I Greatly appreciate going above and beyond to get me taken care of same-day. A+ More

Oil change I booked my apt online and received a confirmation email. I drove more than 70 miles for an appointment that they didn't have for me. No record of anything. So I had to explain everything that I typed in the online reservation such as an oil change, problems with my windows, and a strange sound when turning left. Anyway, I was told that the coupon was only good for the oil change and not labor and actually is was only going to save me a few dollars. I as also told that my 2017 car needed a "few other things done" such as a air filter .... Even though I was not at the recomended mileage for my car...even when no one looked at it at this point yet and I drive less than 5 miles per day. I felt that I was talked down to as a woman because I am not as savy about cars as the employee is. The employee seemed annoyed that I didn't know where the sound was coming from and I wasn't sure if I it made the sound when I turned the wheel parked. I was actually laughed at when he heard how far I drove and all of the traffic I was in along the way. Anyway my $50 oil change cost me my than $160 which was more than I was quoted for the must haves including washing my car wich was not an option to opt out of. After the service my car still makes the same sound even when I drove off the lot... Called the next day and they said that they would get back to me after they spoke with the mechanic... Never happened. Also I was told at a previous appointment that I would have to leave my car there for a few days to fix my windows of my new car... Now I am told that they sprayed air in the tracks. Problem still exists. The worst part is when I arrived back home I had a coupon from Stateline for $$$$$ off the same servicea that I just received that same day. I was told over the phone and in person that "I don't know of any coupons or discounts" you must be thinking of another place. " In summary, I was forced to get services that I didn't need, waited longer for an appointment that I booked online but "didn't make it on our computers", was overcharged, drive more than 1 hour and 45 min each way and still have the same problems with my 2017 Outback and my car was dirtier than I left. More

Service Department/Wayne in particular I have known Wayne for many years since I have purchased a number of Subaru vehicles, all from Stateline Dealership. I remember calling Wayne with a c I have known Wayne for many years since I have purchased a number of Subaru vehicles, all from Stateline Dealership. I remember calling Wayne with a car problem from Montreal, Canada & he problem solved with me & I was good to go. He is an outstanding specialist and manager.
