Even though the next day was her day off, she showed up to make sure I was taken care of. I liked that, it’s people like her that earn my business every time. She has even followed up days later to make sure I’m satisfied. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my 70 years and my dealings with Lynn is definitely one of my favorite experiences. More

I never got a call that my car was ready for pickup as promised. I had to call the dealership. The existing car mat I had on the driver side was thrown away. Especially since this involved the $799 cost of the treatment I paid for when I bought the car and $400+ for the new all weather mats I paid for at pickup. I am new to this dealership and I'm hoping this is a one off situation. I was looking forward to having a long term relationship. This visit has me wondering if I made the right decision. More

We have been dealing with Spitzer Acura for 10 years and they have kept our MDX in tip top condition. Albert Malone was excellent with the explation of the warning alarm and what needed to be done to correc they have kept our MDX in tip top condition.
