Jeff Alter was on spot and made the deal happen. He never pushed and without him would have likely done the deal elsewhere. More

This place always has dirty nasty cars listed on AutoTrader. You show up to find that it's being sent to auction but they'll sell it to you anyway.... Even though, ya know, it smells like cat xxxx. More

Wrong. I am sticking to my original statement. You list filthy cars for sale online that you are trying to make a quick buck on before sending to auction and Levi has wasted my time multiple times.

We had good experiences from 2015 to 2018 but they have since soured. We leased a 2015 Q50 and loved it. The service was overall good too. Then, in 2018 we turned it in early and leased a QX50. We agreed t More

Hello, I regret to hear your new car experience has caused anxiety over the trade-in payoff period. The dealership had a payoff date through May 7, 2021, and payment was made on April 30. Unfortunately, there are times when a trade-in is accepted and a payment on the trade-in is due within a few days of the transaction. It is best to make that payment because there could potentially be delays with the trade-in payoff, or the payoff is expected to be later than the current payment due date. When this occurs, we suggest the client still fulfills their obligation to the previous creditor and then we refund the client. Or their bank refunds the extra money from what becomes an overpayment that we sent. Additionally, during one of our conversations, I let you know that if you continued to speak to me in an argumentative tone that it would not do anything to help expedite the payoff process. You continued to be argumentative and at that point I said it would be best to end the conversation. Later, I spoke with your loan officer and during that conversation I was notified that our corporate office in Oregon had approved the trade-in payoff. I relayed the information to the loan officer and ensured the payoff check was printed. While speaking with the loan officer, I offered to call and let you know the payoff had been made unless the loan officer preferred to make that call to you himself. At that point, the loan officer informed me that he had only spoken with your mother for the duration of the loan and had never talked with you personally. Following the payoff, I called you again, but it was not answered. In a message I left, I hoped to assuage your fears about your plans of buying a house in the future. I also explained that currently our dealership is working through a new process regarding loan payoffs to improve the way we do business in the future. We are always looking for ways to improve the client experience, but there are some growing pains along the way. If you would like to discuss your experience with me further, please contact me directly at 713-929-1402. Thank you, Robin Nubani Client Loyalty Manager
