my lonner was given to a walk in customer i had an appoinment. this is the second time that happend to me i will never go to southwest infiniti and i will tell all my friends about the service. The reason that i was so upset is because he did not apologize for not having a loaner for me. I think that he sould have call me to let me know that he gave my loaner away. More
