Will NEVER go back! They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to “fixing” your car! They never answer the phone! I told them what was wrong with it but no, ende They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to “fixing” your car! They never answer the phone! I told them what was wrong with it but no, ended up keeping the car for a 1.5 days & still told me I was wrong. But no I wasn’t & then when they figured out I WAS right, they never ordered my parts to get it fixed. So I never received a phone call, but that’s ok IT’S FIXED NOW!!!! More

Fast and Awesome Service Took my daughter’s 2017 Elantra SE to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I thought I was going to have to bring it back the next day Took my daughter’s 2017 Elantra SE to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I thought I was going to have to bring it back the next day, but the service staff took the car and even though there were a lot of other cars before us, had us done and out in 1.5 hrs. Customer Service I took my vehicle for repairs last week. My car was there at 7:07am before the gates opened. I received a call from the service representative at 3:45 I took my vehicle for repairs last week. My car was there at 7:07am before the gates opened. I received a call from the service representative at 3:45pm, that my vehicle wasn’t repaired, due to the part was sold. The representative than ask if I could bring my vehicle back the next day. I informed the representative, I couldn’t because I was late for work that day. I asked if my vehicle could remain there and If I could be provided a loaner vehicle? I was informed by the representative there were no loaner vehicles. At this point, I wasn’t happy!! I have been inconvenienced and now, I couldn’t get a loaner!! Ten minutes later, the representative calls me back to inform me they have a loaner. The next day on Friday, I called the dealership because I was getting off work and have not heard from them all day. I called for the representative, but received the voicemail. I called the service manager, for him to inform me, my vehicle was repaired, but the noise I kept reporting, the service tech had to replace another part. (I AM THINKING....WHY WASN'T I INFORMED!!). I arrived at the dealership to pick up my vehicle, to find out, it wasn’t ready! I waited about an hour after the fact my vehicle was there for two days!!! NO ONE AT THE DEALERSHIP, NEVER BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME WITH AN UPDATE, OR APOLOGIZE/ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR MISTAKES WHICH INCONVENIENCING ME! More
