2nd time in a row of dissatisfaction. Came in for most likely a nail in my tire. Said I would wait as I had a busy day. After one hour 40 minutes I came out from reception room to see what was taking so l likely a nail in my tire. Said I would wait as I had a busy day. After one hour 40 minutes I came out from reception room to see what was taking so long. Service person said she was just coming to get me. She held up two filters and said they needed to be replaced. ... no mention of my tire. I said ... what about my tire. The good news is they found a foreign object in the tire and they plugged it. I said then why so long since they took my car to the quick oil change ?? Building. She apologized for length. Then a got my bill ...$37!!! I could have had it fixed in less than 10 minutes for $10 at local gas station which is where I will go next time. The last time I was there I waited two hours only to discover they failed to move the car to the shop!! No work done!! They apologized and gave me a free oil change coupon which I used the next day. Yikes!! More

Things appeared good to start with but communication was completely unreliable. I had an agreement in writing that wasn't honored when I arrived to process paperwork. Then when I gave them a second chance t completely unreliable. I had an agreement in writing that wasn't honored when I arrived to process paperwork. Then when I gave them a second chance they dinged my credit before I discovered I was being misled again - so I walked. I ended up buying my car from a different Hyundai dealership. Coincidentally (I'm sure) I also received notification from that dealership that they would not be moving forward with my 2012 Santa Fe that experienced sudden engine failure, despite the numerous class action lawsuits against Hyundai for the same. This is a dealership issue, not a Hyundai brand issue. I know because I come from a family of loyal Hyundai owners for over a dozen years across 4 states and this was the first time we experienced this. More
This was one of the most unprofessional buying experiences I have ever encountered. After signing all the paperwork on a Friday ,I began to receive texts and phone calls from both the salesperson experiences I have ever encountered. After signing all the paperwork on a Friday ,I began to receive texts and phone calls from both the salesperson and the Finance Manager regarding paperwork that was never signed and references that were still needed. I was also told if this paperwork was not completed the car would have to returned. This is what you say to a customer after a sale was completed. Also please explain to me why I bought a 2019 Elantra and the manual that was given to me was a 2016. After telling this to my salesperson , she then informed me that she picked up the wrong manual and she would have to "ORDER A NEW ONE" . The car was purchased on the 25th of October .....it is now the 29th of November and still no manual. More

OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!! I live in NY State, was guaranteed by my salesman, Elijah ( I had a wonderful experience with him) and Finance Manager, Alan that getting tags and reg I live in NY State, was guaranteed by my salesman, Elijah ( I had a wonderful experience with him) and Finance Manager, Alan that getting tags and registration was no problem. Purchased my new car 08/29/19, still do not have registration or tags. The temporary tag ran out 09/30/19, I called when I didn't receive them and the sales manager, Maurice, said the outside agency they they use said they couldn't register my car because my middle initial was not on my insurance card. I asked why they didn't contact me so I could correct it. Maurice was pretty nasty and said that he was telling me now and if I wanted them to get my paperwork I needed to get a new insurance card. I said it was ridiculous that they waited to tell me and he said I was ridiculous for being upset when they were just trying to help me. He sent out a new temporary plate 'over night' that I did not get for 5 days, so my car sat for those days. About two weeks later I called and asked where my paperwork was and was told that I would have it by 11/01/19. I asked why it was going to take so long and was told that "that was the way it was", no other explanation. November 1st came and still nothing. I called and was directed to Judy in the title department. She said she received an email on 10/29/19 from NY DMV that said they did not pay the correct sales tax, yet no one contacted me to tell me that. I asked to speak to Maurice and was told by Elijah that he will not speak to me anymore. He said there is nothing they can do for me, it was in NY DMV's hands now. I have a brand new Tucson in my driveway that I cannot drive, yet I am making my payments. I called Hyundai USA as well as Hyundai Motor Finance and was told they do not get involved with dealership issues. The customer service is terrible and the corporation does not care how the dealership with their vehicles treats customers. My sister lives there and she purchased a car from them and recommended them to me (because I purchased from them, they said she would get $150, two months later she still did not get it). Her new Santa Fe had some minor damage that they said they would take care of when it was convenient for her. While we were there for my purchase they told her that they would pick the car up from her work place (less than 5 miles from the dealership) and then bring it back to her. When she called to make an appointment, she was told that they will not do that. She asked about a loaner car and they told her no, so she had to take a day off work to get it done. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
