Customer Service I took my vehicle for repairs last week. My car was there at 7:07am before the gates opened. I received a call from the service representative at 3:45 I took my vehicle for repairs last week. My car was there at 7:07am before the gates opened. I received a call from the service representative at 3:45pm, that my vehicle wasn’t repaired, due to the part was sold. The representative than ask if I could bring my vehicle back the next day. I informed the representative, I couldn’t because I was late for work that day. I asked if my vehicle could remain there and If I could be provided a loaner vehicle? I was informed by the representative there were no loaner vehicles. At this point, I wasn’t happy!! I have been inconvenienced and now, I couldn’t get a loaner!! Ten minutes later, the representative calls me back to inform me they have a loaner. The next day on Friday, I called the dealership because I was getting off work and have not heard from them all day. I called for the representative, but received the voicemail. I called the service manager, for him to inform me, my vehicle was repaired, but the noise I kept reporting, the service tech had to replace another part. (I AM THINKING....WHY WASN'T I INFORMED!!). I arrived at the dealership to pick up my vehicle, to find out, it wasn’t ready! I waited about an hour after the fact my vehicle was there for two days!!! NO ONE AT THE DEALERSHIP, NEVER BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME WITH AN UPDATE, OR APOLOGIZE/ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR MISTAKES WHICH INCONVENIENCING ME! More
Above and beyond Mike went above and beyond to contact my extra warranty company. My problem was the cigarette lighters in my car would not charge my phone or other de Mike went above and beyond to contact my extra warranty company. My problem was the cigarette lighters in my car would not charge my phone or other device. Although my extended warranty didn't cover that particular problem Mike did. He double-checked both of the cigarette lighter ports changed my fuses and showed me where the fuses were and which fuses needed to be replaced should they blow out again. Then he made a suggestion to try a different kind of cigarette lighter port. One with not so many of the ports in the unit itself. Thanks Mike for your great knowledgeable and friendly customer service. More
