Changed my view of the dealership My first experience with SO Subaru was not a good one. 3 years later, I was interested in a hybrid Subaru, so that meant the Crosstrek. I had met the manager. Randy, so I went directly to him. He referred to Tony Hernandez who knew more of the details of the car. I was raised by a used car dealer and am not fond of car salesmen or the whole process. I explained that up front, and I appreciated the fact that Tony has his own business as well as this job. It made me look st him differently. He is a nice man and not a pushy salesman. The process was easy and relatively painless. I would reccomend Tony to anyone looking for a new Subaru. More

Afterwords, both John and Tony have reached out to make sure we are comfortable with all the details on our Subie and have made it clear they're available should we have any further questions. By the way, on a side note, soon after the purchase we had some additional dealer options done through the Service Dept. and we're quite pleased with the work they did. Recall - potentially fatal We had a recap issued on our Subaru and it said it could be a fatal result and Subaru cannot get us in for 4-5 MONTHS.
