SO Subaru is the bestest. Tony worked with us all afternoon to get me back in a vehicle for my son and I. After test-driving several other non-Subarus at other sites, we settled easily on the Forester, and it arrived the following week. A few weeks later, Josh came out to our house to teach us about all the wonderful technology in the car. It was so helpful to have him do that - saved us tons of time and frustration. For us, that home visit tipped the balance of our experience from "as good as you can expect" to "exceptional". More
