I've had a very positive experience here from the time I walked and looked around in the parking lot until I drove my car off the lot. I was approached and asked if I needed any help and told them exactly what I wanted and they ordered it for me and it got there in 2 months (estimated was 2-3 months) just as I wanted. I was working with 2 sales persons as the 1st one got promoted as I waited for my car and the Sales Manager. Everything went smooth. The Finance guy was top notch too. I was informed of my available options in regards to financing and also on available warranties. I made my decisions and nothing was ever pushed on me, much appreciated!! I am a happy customer and highly recommend the Klamath Falls Subaru Dealership in Oregon.
