I have not yet had a repair completed, however the experience I received this far was good. Personally I believe Hyundai could do a better job explaining what types of thing might be coved under warra experience I received this far was good. Initially I was simply told it would be $200 for diagnostics, And if I had an extended warranty, as the car was not under warranty with 80K+ miles (partially) I think Initially Southern could have done a better job explaining that. Relative minor, but always communication is the breakdown. More

I went in yesterday after calling for a week to speak to a Manager. My fluids were not topped off from my last appointment, the gentleman behind the counter said, that was 2 months ago. I said right. I said stop right there, don't tell me what you would have done, cuz I'm not you. What should have been done was the fluids should have been topped off. More
