Hall Hyundai Newport News exceeded my expectations. I test drove an Elantra GLS at another Hyundai dealership where they didn't have an LTD on the lot. I am a USAA customer and used their car buying service to get a good price, so negotiating a price wasn't an issue. I was happy that the dealership agreed to take my trade-in (they're even going to pick it up with a tow truck) even though I didn't have immediate access to my title. I purchased the environmental protection package. Making the day-long appointment was easy and they'll give me a loaner car while the protection is being applied. More
