I had the pleasure being helped by a Very nice service advisor. However the service performance in my car was not only bad it was dangerous. Due to a recall my clutch had to be replaced. After the first service the clutch was wrong assembled but the car was released for pick up. This was a very obvious mistake and should have been catched by any technician who worked on my car. Was told it would be a 2 week repair. Took them a month to fix my car. Called the service center for updates when they went past the deadline. Over the course of two weeks they never answered their phone, I called at least six times, never an answer from the service department. I left voice mails and text messages and did not receive any call backs. However, every time I called the sales floor someone would answer immediately. This left me feeling like they were only interested in selling cars and not even slightly interested in helping the people who have already purchased cars from them. I have had this same experience from southern greenbrier every time I have taken my car in for service. Unless it is a warranty repair, I will no longer take my vehicle to southern greenbrier in Chesapeake. More
