Upon doing some research of different Toyota deal My wife and I began to look for a 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE w/ the 2nd row Captain's Chairs. Upon doing some research of different Toyota dealerships in the area, this dealership had excellent reviews, including the Salesperson Alvaro Delgado. We decided to give this a try and emailed Mr. Delgado directly through "dealerrater.com". Mr. Delgado and the team (Sales manager Skyler Cutler and Finance manager Alfonso Suarez) impressed me with their professionalism and transparency in the vehicle discussion, offers and purchase process. I made a great decision coming to this dealership to find a great team and obtained a great offer. We said goodbye to our previous vehicle for trade in (which was also a fair offer), looked at excellent extended warranty plans available (and were also given a great offer on an extended warranty plan that works for us), we finalized the car purchase. I will certainly recommend this dealership to any family or friend who are looking for a new Toyota vehicle. I myself will return some years down the road when its time for me to look for a new vehicle. Thank you Alvaro Delgado, Skyler Cutler and Alfonso Suarez. Excellent team! More
Excellent Service Department! I took my 2013 Toyota Prius to the 441 Toyota Service Dept. I was given a loaner car while my vehicle was being serviced. My car had numerous warning I took my 2013 Toyota Prius to the 441 Toyota Service Dept. I was given a loaner car while my vehicle was being serviced. My car had numerous warning lights lit involving the braking system. My service advisor Pablo and the mechanic Gabriel sorted through the mess of trouble codes, diagnosed the problems and got me back on the road in no time. I have to say Pablo and Gabriel made what could have been a horrible experience into a pleasant experience. I do not wish anyone to have automotive mechanical problems, but if you do 441 Toyota has an A+ team of service department employees on standby to get your vehicle up and running as fast as possible! The accountant who sells the car talks fast and misses all important points - the uselessness of everything else "bundled" with the car. So, they rotated my wheels and have noticed a leaky tire, but didn't inflate it and didn't even tell me which one tire needs service - but after rotation, it wound up being on the front left; also the invoice shows a charge that was not mentioned to me when they advised that wheel alignment was needed. Overall, poor customer service trying to oversell hard-to-check stories (like wheel alignment needed after 10,000 miles); either that, or vehicles are so poorly made that they come apart at the seams during normal operation (wheels go out of alignment during driving on existing roads / highways). This is my first Toyota, but I see a lot of them around and many of the Toyota owners with whom I speak seem happy with the cars, so I'll go with poor customer service. More

Threatening that if not done the way he was demanding the deal had to be canceled. Coercing to expose myself to a threat (by removing my fraud alert) to meet internal standards when the lender had already approved and cleared the vehicle financing. Three-hour Oil Change! Not sure if it is customary for an oil change and tire rotation to take three hours, but that is how long my wife waited here. We even made the appointment two days prior, but that did not help the ridiculous wait time. After sitting there for over two hours, she was approached by a service writer who asked for her name because he noticed she had been sitting there a very long time. She told him her name, and when this service writer went over to my wife's service writer, Se Young Kim, Kim said "Get her up on the lift now." After the work was completed (which only took 25 minutes!), my wife asked for Se Young's card. He said he did not have any. When she asked him to write down his name, he said, "Why? Do you want to complain to the manager?" My wife told him, yes, because the wait time was ridiculous. He said, "Oh, Jesus Christ!" and circled his name on the service slip. To further demonstrate this service departments lack of customer service, we have been trying to get a service manager on the phone for over an hour since she returned home, and have been getting sent to multiple people who are purportedly managers, and only getting voice mail. I bought my 2018 Rav4 new from this dealership, and still have complimentary service work to my credit, but I can tell you, I will NOT be coming back. I would rather pay someone who will do the work in a timely and courteous manner than get their free handouts with this disgraceful level of service. Oh, and don't forget to read the obvious bot-based response that will appear below this shortly stating they strive to deliver the best automotive experience, and call this "direct number" to the "owner". It's the same cookie-cutter line every low review has gotten here. Just another indication of their bottom-tier level of service. More

Claudia was our sales person and she was amazing every step of the way ! It started from seeing the car online and then setting an appointment to see it. Once we got to the dealership Claudia walked us through the whole process and made it extremely smooth. I purchased a 2020 Corolla and couldn't be happier! Look forward to all of the service appointments at this wonderful dealership! Would highly recommend the dealership and Claudia to anyone in the market! More
