I had the opportunity to work with Claudia on a deal for a 2020 Toyota Corolla, unfortunately we couldn't get the out of state deal done. Claudia went above and beyond and reach out to her friend, Ryan Levy a 2020 Toyota Corolla, unfortunately we couldn't get the out of state deal done. Claudia went above and beyond and reach out to her friend, Ryan Levy in NJ, who works for a Toyota dealership near me. She took my needs personally and made sure I was taken care of even if it meant giving the sale to someone else. Her actions speak highly about her professionalism, character and desire to help. Came in to get a tire repaired. Waited 4 hours and not until I called service department I found out they didn’t have the tire in stock and had to order it. Since I had road hazard package they said it’l until I called service department I found out they didn’t have the tire in stock and had to order it. Since I had road hazard package they said it’ll take another couple hours to get the payment processed from that package before they can order the tire. In total, would have been about 6 hours of waiting for nothing. I told them to put the spare tire on and I’ll come pick up the car. Never return. Do not recommend to anyone. More

In general the service and attention were very good, although the trading for my old Nissan was not what I expected. I only received 2,000 dollars even though the dealer had evaluated it at almost 3,00 although the trading for my old Nissan was not what I expected. I only received 2,000 dollars even though the dealer had evaluated it at almost 3,000 dollars. They replaced the battery for free and the car is in perfect condition.
