What's this NC boy doing buying his new 26 RAV4 Limited - roomed.wrestle-0y

What's this NC boy doing buying his new 26 RAV4 Limited in FL? Well I found the local dealer experience to be a nightmare so decided to give Earl Stewart a try. I had read many positive reviews about this FL dealership from Caredge. They did not disappoint. I chose my sales contact, Steven Silverstein, from his many positive reviews here on Dealer Rater. Steven was able to get me the car I wanted with the features I desired and none of the features I did not want. Steven is a good communicator, very low pressure and personable. During the pick-up process, I was greeted by one of the owners, Josh, who thanked me for my purchase which was a nice gesture! My interaction with Franco went very smoothly. We had some extra paperwork since I was from out of state but Franco had everything organized and under control. To those doubters, they really have a 7 day money back guarantee, no dealer fees and are very transparent during the process.

What an experience at Headquarter Toyota! - Irigui

What an experience at Headquarter Toyota! 5895 NW 167th xx., Hialeah, FL 33015 We started with Alejandro in online sales. He was incredible, responsive, patient, and always there through all our questions and the back and forth while we worked on the price. Once we agreed on the numbers, we met Anthony Soto, our sales representative, and that’s where the experience became very personal. Anthony was calm, composed, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable, but more than anything, we trusted him. There was no pressure and no uncomfortable sales pitch. He genuinely did everything he could to work with our numbers and make the deal work for us. We actually left the dealership to talk things over, and we came back largely because of Anthony. That says a lot. His work ethic and the trust he created with us made the difference. Then we met Adrian in Finance. Again, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He walked us through the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure we didn’t leave with unanswered questions. And finally, Sofi in the insurance office. She was just as knowledgeable, empathetic, kind, and genuinely helpful. Something stayed consistent with every person we dealt with: the smiles, the patience, the respect, and especially the feeling of trust and calm they gave us. You can train people to follow a process, but you cannot easily fake genuine kindness or good work ethics. We felt both from beginning to end. I’m truly grateful I decided to purchase my car at Headquarter Toyota. Yes, I went there to buy a Toyota, but how I was treated is what I’ll remember. If you’re shopping for a Toyota, ask for Alejandro, Anthony Soto, Adrian, and Sofi. I think you’ll understand exactly what I mean. Thank you to all four of you for making such a big purchase feel comfortable, transparent, and, believe it or not, genuinely enjoyable.
