I still have my 2004 Toyota Tacoma. So buying a new car is a major deal for me because I keep my vehicles forever. I saw this Rav4 come up on your site and because of your lifetime powertrain warranty, is a major deal for me because I keep my vehicles forever. I saw this Rav4 come up on your site and because of your lifetime powertrain warranty, I decided it would be worth it to drive 3 hours from Orlando to view and potentially purchase this car. I spoke with Nacima and she was very nice. She confirmed the car had navigation and heated seats and I explained I would be there the following morning first thing to test drive the car. When I got there on May 1, 2021, the navigation was not working. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Connect Services and finally, they said that until I purchased the car, they could not remove the previous owner from the car so I could connect to navigation. After purchasing the car, I had to spend another hour on the phone with Connect Services for them to be willing to remove the previous owner and add me with my registration as proof of purchase. They were finally able to fix it. I also asked for the 2nd key for the car. Nacima informed me that only one key was turned in by the owner. I had to order a replacement key and take it to the dealership for it to be programmed because only the Dealerships have the computer software to program the key. That was another $300 out of my pocket and I was told there was nothing that could be done. The Sales manager came and sat with us to work on the price because of all the hassles with the navigation. He wrote down that I would spend $31,000 out the door with tax, tag, and title if the cost of the new tag was $450. Since I had a transfer tag, the $31,000 would be reduced by the difference in the tag. That was not done. My transfer tag was $164.50 and I should have had a reduction of $285.50. He also explained that the $899 charge was to have the car ready for me to drive off the lot since it was a used car. It was to perform any maintenance that needed to be done prior to me purchasing the car. I will elaborate on this further down in this explanation. I bought the car on May 1st. On May 5th, I received the Carfax that said the car was overdue for the tire rotation. I took it to Toyota of Orlando and they said they didn't see any maintenance in the system from when the car was turned in. They did see that the rotation was needed and so was an oil change. I know that I have to keep up with the regularly scheduled maintenance in order for the Lifetime Powertrain warranty to stay valid. They also said it was due for an alignment and an Evap Core Clean. I let them do the oil change and the rotation and held off until you guys sent me the maintenance records for the vehicle. I finally received the service records on May 15th. It shows that you only changed the oil on the car on 4/29. Nothing else was performed. The car was out of alignment and the tires were out of balance. I had to take it to Tires Plus on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 to have these services performed. When I purchased the car, it should have been ready for me to drive home. I spoke to James and he said I would have to bring it back to your dealership in order for me not to be charged for those services. I explained that I am 3 hours one way and it would cost me more to drive 6 hours with tolls than it would to just have it done. I am extremely unhappy with the service (or lack thereof) provided by your dealership. James said there was nothing he could or would do to fix the grievances that I have with your dealership. A car should be ready to go when someone purchases it and you can see from the above that it was not. I am reached out to you to see if you would make amends for what I have gone thru with the dealership and the purchase of this car. We are 6 weeks after purchase and I am still having to fight to get things right and completed. I tried to reach out one more time to the General Manager, Andrew Scearce. He forwarded me to Roberto Nunez who also refused to help. Poor buying experience from this dealership! More
Among other things, they didn't honor my $500 coupon or the list price of the car or the APR rate from the website (for the actual car I purchased--I had printed it out.). Added on $6,000 for products I d the list price of the car or the APR rate from the website (for the actual car I purchased--I had printed it out.). Added on $6,000 for products I did not request and was never consulted about. No doubt partially my fault; however, I agreed to a price on a piece of paper the sales person showed me and went in to sign. I was never shown the very final contract by the finance man (he put it into a sealed envelope which I saw when I got home). I could go on, but my suggestion would be to avoid this dealership. I did get a large portion of my money back, by the way, but I can help feeling that because I am older and a woman, they thought I might be an easy target. More
I bought 4 vehicles here with previous owners for all my family members, and never been disappointed till now, when I was buying my 5th car in this location. I have no complaints about my salesperson, he w family members, and never been disappointed till now, when I was buying my 5th car in this location. I have no complaints about my salesperson, he was very courteous and professional. We had a huge issue with the financial director Mr. Vincent DeCapua. He took full advantage of me being extremely tired out and extremely hungry, he overcharged me by $4,116, making my loan in the amount of $19,616, instead of $15,500, as we agreed to, without letting us know, asking and explaining anything to us if we want the whole bunch of warranties, he added 4 warranties to our loan, without our consent, and pushed us to sign the agreement without even having chance to read it, just because the dealership was to be closed, and all people left. He said, 'Just sign and turn the paper upside down'. On my question, what I'm signing for, he answered;' You need to sign it, it's the part of the agreement.' I trusted him that we agreed on the amount of loan, and since I was looking for the car since early morning and didn't eat anything, my sugar dropped. He used my trust, my tiredness, my hypoglycemic state, and the dealership closing timing to abuse my trust and take advantage of me. When I came home and checked all my loan agreements, I was shocked how he could take such advantage of people who is on disability , and live on very limited income. I called him, and instead of explaining or apologizing, he managed to be rude and abrupt. 'In a court of law, your signature is there, you can't do anything' . What about the court of your conscience? You don't have any Mr. DeCapua. Because of you, my car buying experience turned out to be a nightmare. You will be old and sick one day, and somebody will abuse your trust and take advantage of your weaknesses. May be then you will learn your lesson!!!! But for me, it's the last time I buy here, and I will post my review everywhere, so people be cautious with people like Mr. DeCapua. and the dealership who pays him money for his unprofessional and uncourteous services. Be aware of the overpriced appearance package that will be added to your car's window price without your consent, this includes a set of wheel locks, window tinting on two front windows and clear tape door be added to your car's window price without your consent, this includes a set of wheel locks, window tinting on two front windows and clear tape door edge guards for $1699 on a 4Runner!!! As part of this "package" I had to return to the dealership and the window tint they used does not match the original one that comes installed from Toyota. On the other hand, the door guards were poorly installed. Be sure to read every single document before you leave the dealer, otherwise you will never get in touch with them over the phone again. This is my eighth Toyota vehicle bought at a dealership but the first time I feel like I was doing business in a third world country... they will play the role of nice people while they only care about selling a car to whoever comes first even when yours was reserved ahead of time. The two stars are given for the salesperson who did everything on her power and beyond so I could have the car I wanted. I am very happy with my 4Runner, but extremely disappointed with the whole process in general. More

Working with the dealership there was very disappointing at best. They sold us a vehicle and then without warning backed out of the contracted deal. Response to the situation was unacceptable, saying they at best. They sold us a vehicle and then without warning backed out of the contracted deal. Response to the situation was unacceptable, saying they thought the deal was cancelled by us when it wasn't and they refunded our deposit on the car without contacting us, saying they sold the car to someone else. The manager refused to talk to me and some poor salesman was given the tasked of communicating with us. Stay away. More
Cool and hospitable, Excellent guy in total, We bought Highlander XLE 2021, Since we are new, he gave us options where we can save money better and even after the signing he still communicates with us to Highlander XLE 2021, Since we are new, he gave us options where we can save money better and even after the signing he still communicates with us to address our concerns unlike others. For Southern 441 Toyota, Please improve you appointment schedules, I have to wait almost a month (no weekend schedules available ) just to get my package deal (tint, tire lock and stickers). I hope when maintenance dues, this will not happen. But overall our car is awesome. More
