Extremely poor communication! No contact from the service rep until I called. My car was there for 2 months to repair a sideview mirror and I only received 4 updates because I cal No contact from the service rep until I called. The service center was also non-responsive to corporate calls. When my vehicle was finally ready no one was available to explain why the side view mirror took so long to repair. I asked for a manager and waited for him to review my file and explain the repairs to me before I left with my vehicle. The car was still dirty with spider webs on the tires (even though they said it was washed and offered to wash it again) and they left testing equipment in the vehicle. I saw that when I opened the door to get in the vehicle and drive away. More
