Original post: I scheduled an appointment to test drive a 2021 Hydundai Palisade SEL. Before my scheduled appointment I had someone by the name of Alejandra call me via phone to get all the details of the vehicle that I was interested. I described the year, model, exterior and interior that I was interested in. I came in on said day, 4/17/21 and I was walked out onto the lot. First, the gentleman had no key so my husband and I waited for him to go grab the key. Once he returned, he realized the car had no gas, so he said he needed to go get a gas voucher. He returned with another gentlemen named Joshua and said Joshua would be taking over since the other gentleman had an appointment with someone. I'm not quite sure why I scheduled an appointment to begin with since it was far beyond the appointment time at this point. Anyway, test drive was great. Loved the vehicle. We go in to see if we can agree on a deal for the vehicle. After maybe two back and forth "negotiations" and after that, it seemed as though they weren't going make any other offers. So I left the dealership, called another Hyundai dealership to see what financing they can offer. Interesting enough, they were able to tell me over the phone, something I can work with. Later in the week I reached back out to Joshua explaining the other financing the dealership stated and Joshua said he would see if they could match or beat it. So I come in again 4/23/21 and we agree on a financing deal, however Joshua and Jermaine were working on getting me my second choice exterior/interior preference. I was given the impression that they would have the vehicle ready for pick up the next day, 4/24/21. I get a call at the end of the day explaining they were unable to get the vehicle after all. So it's now Sunday 4/25/21, I'm asked to come back to the dealership and pick up my down payment check. I'm not quite sure why my credit was run and paperwork was signed without securing the vehicle. Jermaine explained that they would be getting more of the Palisades in and I can check back with him on Tuesday, 4/27/21 to see what inventory they would be getting. I call around 5:30pm, speak with Jermaine briefly. He explains he has good news but wanted to confirm the information and would call me back next day. Next day comes. No call. I call requesting to speak to Jermaine, I end up waiting for 10mins. I call one more time, same thing. I text Joshua Thursday (today) morning asking for someone to call me with an update, and nothing! I call and request to speak with the general manager and was told that my information would be passed along to Cedric, Director of Sales and I'm awaiting a call. I'm really shocked and disappointed at this experience. Even through everything, I was still patient and polite. I'm not quite sure what I did to deserve this kind of service. I didn't know it would be this hard for someone to sell me a car. The only reason I haven't gone to another dealership is because I did not want to go through everything again and have my credit run a second time. I really hope they try to remedy the situation, but at this point I feel ghosted. I would not recommend anyone going to this dealership and having to experience what I did. More

Horrible experience. The service advisor messed up the write up about a problem with my car and a part order. I already took it in twice to have the issue repaired. The service advisor admitted his mistake and promised they would take care of everything. 2 days later I call back to find out when I can schedule the 3rd time for this repair. Suddenly the service manager and assistant service manager say they are refusing me service and I am no longer welcome at the dealership. Meanwhile they already have the money I paid for the repair. The manager Calvin Jeong won't speak to me, give me any explanation, or refund my money. Please chose another dealership for your service needs. Don't trust anyone at this dealership. More

The service reps are very courteous and thorough. Enrique in particular was great! He even took the time to update me when I didn't ask. Raymond is also excellent. So why 4 stars instead of 5? My understanding is that this was more due to Hyundai corporate policy so the missing star is more a reflection on them and not the service dept. More
