I came in to by a new G80. I bought a new Genesis from dealership in 2013 and have brought in for service on schedule and never had a problem. I was given a price for the G80 on a Monday. Costco pricing and the price was good so I said I would come in two days later to buy. Came in two days later and met with Sheek. He gave me different price. Said there were "dealer add-ons" that added over $2000 to price. These were not mentioned on Monday. I asked to speak to sales manager. Sheek said he was too busy to meet with me. Very dissatisfied. Classic bait and switch. I left work early to come in to buy the car on the price agreed to two days earlier. Nobody could find paperwork the sales rep wrote down two days earlier (his last name was Olding). Have been loyal to dealership for last 8 years and felt very frustrated. Will be reporting this tactic to Costco and will be buying the G80 from Cerritos Genesis where they have no dealer add-ons and are not changing the price on me. More
