The salesman, Paul, worked hard to get the monthly payments adjusted to our needs, and explained many of the highlights about the Elantra that we purchased. Jim, the finance officer, patiently worked us through all the necessary paperwork. Mr. Pak, the manager, took time to speak with us and surprisingly gave us bottles of hand sanitizer and a couple of Hyundai face masks. The crew at the wash rack did a wonderful job of cleaning the car between our test drive and acceptance of the car. We couldn't ask for better service. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. More
2nd Key Missing & 2nd owner In the past when I purchased a vehicle from a dealership I was presented with 2 keys. I was only given 1 key and the sales guy said he would attempt t In the past when I purchased a vehicle from a dealership I was presented with 2 keys. I was only given 1 key and the sales guy said he would attempt to get me a second key from the prior owner. I still have the text message from Diego(the sales guy) stating that the prior owners have the 2nd key. I texted Diego 1 more time and he ignored my message. I wish I would have known about this before I purchased the vehicle in full. Diego mentioned these people were the first owners wish after signing the agreement I learned they were the 2nd owners which was not the big a deal but it was a sign that he wasn't going to be honest about future transactions. So now I have to be extra careful not to lose my 1 Key. More
