The day of service was excellent. A text follow was given, which was very nice. The rep was going to check on car paint for me and a question/ concern I had on the service regarding t A text follow was given, which was very nice. The rep was going to check on car paint for me and a question/ concern I had on the service regarding the battery that was replaced. The Service Rep said she would “check on it and get back to me.” After three working days there was no response back. The follow up was poor after an excellent initial service experience. More

Mace was great in helping us find the model and trim line that we wanted in our new car that would give us good gas mileage and all the new safety features. My husband had something else to do that day and f that we wanted in our new car that would give us good gas mileage and all the new safety features. My husband had something else to do that day and forgot how long buying a new car takes. Mace got us through all the paperwork, especially an insurance glitch, and made sure the car we chose was washed, gassed up and ready to drive home when we finally had all the papers signed. Bonus: he knew we were missing lunch and bought us sandwiches.. More
