He greeted us in a very timely manner, he had extensive knowledge on the Nissan Rogue that we were looking into. He did everything possible to make our experience a great one. After dealing with Joe, we were very disappointed with some of the finance salespersons and or managers, who waited until the very last minute to attempt increasing the monthly cost of the car, based on my wife's credit rating. We leased this car together, and had we have known earlier in the day that her credit score would not qualify for Nissan's "Tier 0", the car would have been registered in my name which would have saved us over an hour of time trying to get the car back down to our agreed price. Nissan did the right thing by eating the extra cost of $975, but a good amount of our time was wasted during this process. We would have walked out without the car that evening, and would have never dealt with Smithtown Nissan after that. If it were not for Joe Ursso, these ratings would have been on the other end of the spectrum, HE GAVE US THE GREAT EXPERIENCE that we deserved, so these ratings are based SOLELY on his performance!
