I recently visited this dealership regarding a used Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro and left extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. After placing a $200 deposit, the salesperson I was working with became completely unresponsive despite multiple texts and calls. When we followed up regarding the status of the vehicle and refund of the deposit, communication remained unclear and the deposit was not returned. When my father called to speak with management to resolve the issue, he was placed on hold, disconnected, and then spoken to in a dismissive and rude manner by a manager who did not even provide her name. This experience showed a lack of professionalism and basic customer respect. Steve was helpful during initial discussions, but overall the follow-up and customer service were unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to ensure clear communication and refund policies before leaving any deposit here. More

Two hours for a scheduled oil change, and they didn’t even remove old reminder stickers or place a new one on the windshield, nor did they reset the dash computer for Maintenence settings.
