Sales representative was good, but their service department is not. Had a transmission issue with my brand new Sentra. I had to go to their service department twice and the issue hasn’t been resolve department is not. Had a transmission issue with my brand new Sentra. I had to go to their service department twice and the issue hasn’t been resolved. They said they are waiting for a part that is on back order. I was told the repair will take an entire day and the service representative didn’t even offer a courtesy car making the comment that he doesn’t make the cars. I had to demand the dealer to provide a courtesy car once their part is back in stock while waiting for the repair to be completed. Terrible customer service in my opinion.
