When we sat down with Brain we told him we were trading in our 2000 Jetta and wanted to lease an Altima"nothing out of pocket". He told us it was not a problem we could roll everything into the lease. We in our 2000 Jetta and wanted to lease an Altima"nothing out of pocket". When we sat down with the finance manager to sign the contract it was $229 a month and $2800 at signing not including our trade in. We were furious and wanted to know why he told us we were rolling everything into the lease and never mentioned the 2800. We never received an answer. We felt deceived and thought their sales practices very suspect. We told them to cancel the deal and we would go somewhere else. I would rather pay more at another dealership than walk away with such a bad taste for this car. When we confronted Brian with the finance manager present they blamed it on "this is how the Manager structured the deal" Whatever that means. I was going to walk next door to Honda, But the finance manager really wanted to work with us and finally came to a deal we could both live with. If it wasn't for him I would be driving an Accord. While I do love the car, I will not go to this dealership even for an oil change. In the future I'll go to the Nissan dealership in Riverhead. My husband has had his Xterra serviced there,and we have always been happy with them. This is our third Nissan. We have bought them at different dealers and never have we been treated this way. More

Very happy with my experience. I leased an 09 Maxima from Smithtown on Thursday evening. They treated me very respectfully from start to finish and were quite pleasant to deal with. The General Manager even came over and introduced himself and offered us a free first oil change, as well as made sure we were satisfied with the entire process. The finance manager was also quite friendly and didn't pull any of the usual "could i interest you in the Teflon undercoating or window etching?" garbage. Took the car home that evening as they had exactly what I wanted in stock, and couldn't be happier. Only 3 hours from walk in to drive home. More
