The day I purchased the car I was immediatedly charged $500.00 which was put on my Mastercard. We then agreed on a price, which I was satisfied with. Then I proceeded to the finance person. I agreed to $500.00 which was put on my Mastercard. We then agreed on a price, which I was satisfied with. Then I proceeded to the finance person. I agreed to purchase the extended warranty for the amount of 1,200.00. She filled out all the papers with the loan I took out but did not credit me the $500.00. When I realized I did not get that credit towards the price of the car, I immediatedly went back to see her and she assured me she would credit my account. I never received that credit and a month had passed. She never put the credit in. I had to visit the dealership again and talked to the manager Brian who then immediately took care of me and credited my account. I also cancelled my extended warranty because I can no longer afford it. It has been 65 days since I filled out the cancellation form and I am now waiting for a credit. I again had to visit the dealership to get any answers. I spoke with the manager and finance person and they assured me the credit was put through. I am as of now still waiting. I would have recommeded this dealership if it wasn't for the unpleasant experience with both the $500 credit and the length of time to process the cancellation of the extended warranty. More

The deal with the leased one,08/29/09, was to have Nissan pay off the current Toyota lease remaining 7 payments,we entered a 39 mo. Lease for an Altima. The deal was initiated with John Cerruto,very professional and helpfull;Ray Krisa sealed the option. We did the financing papers with Chris Nesky,gave him a copy of the latest Toyota statement showing the # of remaining payments (7).Two weeks later,we received a notice from Toyota that 2 payments were still open. The "Financial Guru" paid only 5 of 7!!!! We contacted Ray Krisa,we opt for "accomodating" us by assuming one more payment,which left us stuck with one payment out of pocket! Had that been explained to us to be the case we would not have gone for the deal. On 09/01/09 we went back and purchased a new Nissan Altima,dealt with Joh Cerruto,and Greg,Manager, to finalized the details. Did the financing with Alli Rollero. At no point was explained to us that by doing new plates,we did not need to co-signed the loan...nor was given us the option of a lower rate for lesser #'s of month. Now we have a co-signed 84 months loan which I would have to re-finance on my own. "a little technical detail"for lack of communication!!!!!!!! Two cars,several issues...not your best "Welcome to the Nissan Family"outcome. More
