My experience at Smithtown Nissan was a positive one. Just about one year ago, I purchased a 2010 Nissan Rogue with all the amenities available at the time. Dustin was our Sales Rep. Nice guy, helpful and knowledgeable. The sales transaction went smoothly--fair and reasonable in negotiation--and I drove away with a smile and my new vehicle. Their service department is excellent. Very accommodating. They call regularly and follow through to remind you when it's time to bring in the vehicle for oil changes, mileage checkups, etc. Very efficient in the quality of their work. The only thing...you, the customer, have to post this review of the dealership in order to receive the promised free oil change. Good thing I think highly of the dealership! More

I visited the dealership to trade in my 2004 Maxima and I was very happy to leave the showroom with a 2011 Rogue. Its a great vehicle and handled well in the snow. After having an accident, I needed to shop for a new car. My son & I spent the whole day going from dealership to dealership looking for the right car for me. Mike Trotta approached us and we told him the difficulty I was having. We looked around a bit, then he led us to a Nissan Rogue and after just sitting in the car, I knew I had found the one I needed. We then went to the finance manager, Chris Nesky and he filled out the necessary papers. With all this bad weather we have been having, I am so glad I got this vehicle with the all wheel drive. More
