We came to the showroom on Saturday, February 19, 2011 during the President's Day promotion, not really sure what we wanted to buy. After seeing that gorgeous Maxima in the showroom we kinda wished that w during the President's Day promotion, not really sure what we wanted to buy. After seeing that gorgeous Maxima in the showroom we kinda wished that we could afford the payments. Matt worked out our payments to fit into our budget. He was extremely helpful and, even though the place was packed, he never made us feel rushed and we never felt that we did not get enough attention. We were so happy to be able to drive that car home that same night. It was like a dream come true! More

After having a miserable experience leasing with this dealership 3 years ago I vowed never to step foot inside there again. After getting a phone call from Greg and explaining my disasterous experience dealership 3 years ago I vowed never to step foot inside there again. After getting a phone call from Greg and explaining my disasterous experience to him and he promising to make up for it, I decided to just go and talk to him, find out what he had to say and then go elsewhere. The people I dealt with then were gone and things had changed. After talking to him and getting a price on a new lease, I told him I wanted to think about it and sleep on it. He then got his sales manager to talk to me and he gave me an even better price that I just couldn't refuse. Never, in a million years did I ever think I was going there to get a car and bring it home that very same day. Well I did and I am now leasing another Altima that I just love. I have been leasing from Nissan since 1993 going from Sentra the first time and Altima since. More

We walk in to the Dealer and met with Al Schwartw who took us on a walk through around the show room. He was very friendy and helpful. I'm 52 years old and have purchased many new and used cars in my lifetime. We met Al Schwartz in the dealership and he was genuinely a nice guy (unlike many car salesman I've experienced before). He talk cars in my lifetime. We met Al Schwartz in the dealership and he was genuinely a nice guy (unlike many car salesman I've experienced before). He talked to us for a while and we discussed the car we were interested in - No pressure at all. We didn't plan on buying right then but we agreed on, what we considered, a really good price on the car. He then asked about a trade in and I said 'I don't think you'd be interested in my old Jeep' to which Al replied 'It doesn't hurt to have us evaluate the car and give you an offer, does it ?' I said 'O.K. it's in the lot' About fifteen minutes later Al came back and said 'We can give you another two thousand off the deal for your Jeep trade in' I was shocked. We did all the paperwork and drove home our late model Mercedes Benz that night. When I tell people what I paid for the car 'they' are shocked. Like most people , I really don't like being taken advantage of, but I left the dealership that night knowing that we really got a fantastic deal (I can't think of another time leaving a dealership with a car that I could have said that). I did my home work, knew what the car was worth and Al sold to us for 'thousands' under Blue Book. I've been back to the dealership since, most recently this past week , and everyone is really nice, courteous and dedicated to making sure you're satisfied. I would recommend Smithtown Nissan to all my family and friends. If you go to buy a car - ask for Al Schwatrz- you won't be disappointed. See Dave in service.
