I've been looking for a vehicle for my wife for over 3 months. Went in to price and he gave me an amount I couldn't walk away from!! However the truck was going to be for my wife. So I packed up my 5 y/o and wife and visited the store. She had to test drive the truck and was sold there after. The team that works there is amazing. Everyone was so mindful of my son. I feel like they're family now. They made us feel so welcome. I'm not really a comment writer, however I feel this dealership really needs recognition for their hard work and dedication to the industry. What a great experience. We were not sure which vehicle we wanted and he actually put both cars next to each other so I could figure out which one I wanted. Joe Gumbman was also very nice. Extremly friendly and couln't help enough. Took to time to explain everything to us and never felt rushed. My experience was so favorable with Greg and Smithtown that i actually walked away from a very satisfactory deal at another dealer because I felt I owed Greg my business. I at least wanted to give him the opportunity to win my business, which he did. And it wasn't won on price. It was my overall favorable experience with Smithtown.
