After having a horrible experience at that dealer leasing an Altima, it was a pleasure to return to Smithtown and be treated honestly and fairly. Rob explained the car to me step by step adding some humor but when it was time to be serious, I will forget the advice and demonstrations. He was very helpful to my family and I.
