The sales team was great. The salesman, Jeff Matheos, went above and beyond. I had just left Smithhaven Chrysler disappointed with the hour wait for a loaner car and the cost of repair for my 2006 Grand went above and beyond. I had just left Smithhaven Chrysler disappointed with the hour wait for a loaner car and the cost of repair for my 2006 Grand Cherokee. I am American made and anti import. Not happy with the current cost and designs of American made cars I stopped in Nisson to just "look" before I had to drop off my loaner car. I found a car that I liked (Nisson Juke)and drove a hard bargan negociating a price I was comfortable with. I told the salesman I had to drop off my loaner car and will be right back. He drove down to Enterprise and picked me up. I had left a my personal belongings (new car battery for my 1979 Corvette) in his car as we went back in to finish the paperwork. The sales finace department made a mistake in the paperwork but the sales manage told them "make it happen" and they did. After I drove away the sales man Jeff Matheos called me and told me I forgot my car battery in his car and he was willing to drive it in to Nassau County to drop it off. Overall they did not just sell me a car for the price I wanted they got an American Motor head to buy an import. I always feel I can get a better deal so afterwards I went to other dealers to see if anyone could beat the price. No one would even come close. Yes I am the customer from xxxx. More

I came into the dealership to see what options I had, if any. Jorge Cordero was my salesman that was honest, sincere, and polite from the minute I shook his hand. Not only did he get me out of the vehicle I hated to drive, he listened to what features in a car were important to me and my family. The part that impressed me the most about Jorge Cordero was the fact that the price that he told me over the phone, was the price that was on my contract to sign, no hidden costs or tricks. After walking out of that same dealership two years ago and swearing never to come back, Jorge Cordero was able to turn my experience around 360 degrees. Thank you Jorge for being so knowledgeable and honest. My kids and I love the 2011 Nissan Murano! More

Rating would be higher but I wasn't entirely satisfied with Finance - I had expressed an interest in the extended warranty and they automatically assumed that I was buying it, and when we switched gears to try and negotiate based on monthly price - they extended the loan term without telling me up front. In hindsight, just misunderstandings. In the end, I wasn't comfortable with it and just passed on it. By the way - just a heads up - if you are interested in an extended warranty - research 3rd party prices before you buy. I looked to go 3rd party after I didn't buy it at the dealer, and it was more expensive than the dealers best offer. More
