I was recommended to Smithtown Nissan by a friend. He specifically recommended Joe Urso. When I sat with him about purchasing a car, he was relaxed and friendly. I had been a customer at Smithtown Nissan in the past and was lured away a few years ago by another local Nissan dealer who advertised using "bait and switch" mailings. After having a horrible experience at that dealer leasing an Altima, it was a pleasure to return to Smithtown and be treated honestly and fairly. Rob explained the car to me step by step adding some humor but when it was time to be serious, I will forget the advice and demonstrations. He was very helpful to my family and I.
